HR Benefits

The LinkUW Human Resources (HR) Operations Team provides various human resources services for academic, administrative, and auxiliary units. LinkUW manages a range of responsibilities related to open enrollment as well as ongoing new hire benefits setup, customer service, leave and life event processing, and general administrative support.

Monitor and follow up with new employees to ensure they do not miss their benefits enrollment opportunity
Sign employees up for Benefits 101
Provide 1:1 benefits sessions
Retirement Counseling Hold initial individual retirement counseling meetings
Provide leave balances
General Administration Be available for walk-in office traffic
Respond to service requests related to benefits
