Transition Teams

During each phase, the selected units will choose Transition Team members who will work closely with the LinkUW project team. The goal of the Transition Team is to support the unit and employees through change. Transition Team members will share updates within their unit and support an understanding of how each unit currently works, and support the realignment of work through the transition to LinkUW.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Creating a Transition Team in their unit
  • Supporting unit staff by acting as a liaison between the LinkUW project team and your unit to share important information, concerns, and questions
  • Identifying change impacts unique to your unit and serving as the transition readiness lead
  • Working with unit communication teams to distribute approved messaging appropriately to various audiences, while making it relevant for your unit

Transition Team members serve as a resource for supervisors and employees. Questions and concerns about transitions that are taking place in your unit can be directed to your respective Team members.
