Request Services
LinkUW’s operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Phase 1 participating unit employees or external vendors working with listed units can request services from LinkUW in the following ways:
Online form (Recommended method)
Complete the LinkUW Request Form, which creates a service ticket.

- Note: To submit a request for the first time, you’ll need to create an account. If you need assistance, follow this step by step guide or reach out to LinkUW using one of the contact options below.
- Please contact your local HR or finance professional if your unit does not appear in the form drop-down.
Email your request to help.linkuw@wisc.edu using your “@wisc.edu” email. Your email will create a service ticket.
In-person / walk-in
Walk-in hours at Smith Hall at 35 North Park Street.
- HR hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Finance hours: Will only be offered virtually while the 21 N. Park Street building remains temporarily closed.
