Request Services

LinkUW’s Operating Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Phase One participating unit employees or external vendors working with listed units can request services from LinkUW in the following ways:

  • Complete the LinkUW Request Form (Recommended method)
  • Email your request to help.linkuw@wisc.edu, please use your wisc.edu email
  • Walk-in hours at 21 North Park Street, Floor 5, Suite 5301. Click to view map
    • HR Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
    • Finance Hours: Tuesdays only from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Call LinkUW at 608-262-8100

Special Virtual Help Desk Hours

LinkUW is hosting special virtual help desk hours on Microsoft Teams from November 3 to January. These help desk hours are for technical questions from HR or Finance functional employees, or if employees needs assistance setting up a Jira account.

Please note that these help desk hours are not for requesting services. To request services, use one of the methods listed above.
