LinkUW Benefits Open Enrollment

The open enrollment period is October 5–October 30, 2026. You must submit all 2027 benefits by 4:30 p.m. on October 30, 2026. Changes go into effect on January 1, 2027. 

How to prepare: attend a session to learn about your options 
Benefits-eligible employees can find information about how to prepare for benefits enrollment online. Employees are also encouraged to attend upcoming virtual and in-person information sessions to learn about benefits options and how to enroll. For details, visit benefits.wisc.edu/2027.

Employees are encouraged to review this information before meeting with a LinkUW HR professional.  

LinkUW offers more in-person office hours during Benefits Open Enrollment.
LinkUW HR services will extend in-person office hours from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the following days.
